I had a great time at this hotel! The location is awesome, just a short walk to two subway stations which made it super easy to get around. The rooms were cozy, and I loved how modern they felt with plenty of power plugs. Plus, the staff was really helpful and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable! However, I did run into a few issues. The breakfast process was a bit chaotic, with long wait times to be seated.

modern venue, optimal location really close to public transport, the department store, train station and bus station, and metro station and the big mall, greatly enjoyed our stay. the room was beautiful with new furniture and cool view, as example, the staff were very amiable and professional, did everything. we had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware in the room. the atmosphere created was family. the breakfast was large, the check in was early.

Great Location and Beautiful Views

I had an absolutely wonderful stay with spacious rooms and stunning views of the Han River and Seoul Tower that truly elevated my experience. the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. the wait time for the elevator was frustrating, especially during check-out, which could definitely be improved.

The suite at Nine Tree Premier Rokaus Hotel is super cozy with parquet floors and a comfy living area. the views of the city from the room are just breathtaking. As a budget traveller, I felt like I was in a luxurious retreat.
